How are AskJary and AskJary+ billed?
AskJary is billed monthly at HK$398 per named user. AskJary+ is billed annually at HK$14,400 per named user, shown as HK$1,200 monthly indicative. Neither plan has a minimum seat requirement.
What happens to included and prepaid Jary Tokens?
Each user receives 2,000 included Jary Tokens each month. Included tokens expire at month-end. Prepaid top-up balances roll over indefinitely while the subscription remains active.
How do standard and agentic workflows differ?
Both are unlimited. Standard workflows execute predefined SOP steps with minimal Jary Token consumption. Agentic workflows use more reasoning: the agent chooses permitted tools and makes decisions dynamically. Jary Token consumption remains a separate usage stream.
Can we request another connector?
AskJary+ customers can request roadmap connectors at no charge, without a delivery commitment. A connector with committed scope or timing is quoted separately.
